Zimbabwean Youth Activist and Student leader who was arrested for demonstrating against the abduction of a fellow student has finally been granted a ZWL$5000, by a Harare Judge.
Ngadziore who was denied bail several times at Harare Magistrates Court was arrested and charged for allegedly protesting against the use of Impala Car Rental vehicle in the abduction of Tawanda Muchehiwa.
Upon giving him bail Justice Foroma ordered him to keep 500 meters away from the car rental company and also to report once a week.
Ngadziore was arrested on 18 September 2020 during a press conference. Human rights activists in Zimbabwe have been putting pressure on Impala Car Rental after one of its cars was used in the abduction of Muchehiwa in July 2020.
Muchehiwa’s family is demanding the name of the person who hired the car but the car rental company has denied them access to that information.
