APC Dismissed Fear Over Edo Poll


The National Committee on Ondo State Gubernatorial Election of A member of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Osita Okechukwu has dismissed the fear that the alliance of 11 missionary political parties will stop the victory of the APC Candidate Governor Rotimi Akeredolu on October 10, 2020, gubernatorial election in the State.

Mr. Okechukwu who is also the Director-General of Voice of Nigeria said Akeredolu was sure of victory, not only because he is the Incumbent Governor of Ondo State Southwest Nigeria.

He added that the APC Candidate will win the October Poll base on his sterling performance and fairness in terms of development strives in his first term.

He explained that Akeredolu’s achievements extended across his Ondo North senatorial district, as well as that of his two co-contestants, Central Senatorial District of Eyitayo Jegede and Southern Senatorial District of Chief Agboola Ajayi, the Deputy Governor. He sees the signing of the peace accord today as a step to the victory of the APC candidate.
